BURGLARY

A safe containing personal identification and jewelry was taken from a residence in the 2000 block of South 68th Street between 12:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. Jan. 23.

A Toro snow thrower was taken from a residence in the 2600 block of South 72nd Street between 9 p.m. Jan. 23 and 8 a.m. Jan. 24.

A coin collection and a cribbage board was taken from a residence in the 5100 block of West Lincoln Avenue between 12 p.m. Jan. 25 and 11 a.m. Jan. 28.

A pack of cigarettes was taken from a vehicle parked at a residence in the 800 block of South 74th Street overnight Jan. 27-28.

THEFT

An employee of the West Allis Public Library, 7421 W. National Ave., is suspected of taking numerous books from the library. No specific dates given.

A large amount of copper was taken from Price Erecting, 10910 W. Lapham St., sometime last year between Aug. 25. and Dec. 19. The cost of replacing or repairing is $9,500.

Jewelry was taken from a residence in the 2100 block of South 94th Street between 7 p.m. Dec. 28 and 2:30 p.m. Dec. 29.

A digital media player, a car stereo and other electronics were taken from 2000 block of South 96th Street between 5 and 9:30 a.m. Jan. 21.

A West Allis man was arrested for retail theft at Walgreens, 8333 W. Greenfield Ave., at 7:30 a.m. Jan. 23.

A breaker for a central air-conditioning unit was taken from Lenny's Tavern, 6309 W. National Ave., between 10:30 a.m. Jan. 21 and 10:30 a.m. Jan. 23.

Two Mongoose bicycles were taken from a residence in the 2200 block of South 56th Street at 1 p.m. Jan. 23.

A dryer was taken from a residence in the 7200 block of West Oklahoma Avenue at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 23.

A garbage can was taken from a residence in the 2100 block of South 97th Street between 8:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Jan 23.

Numerous electronics were taken from a vehicle parked in the 2900 block of South 108th Street at 8 p.m. Jan. 23.

Tip money totaling $15 was taken from Supercuts, 2265 S. 108th St., during the early evening of Jan. 26.

A catalytic converter was taken from a vehicle at a residence in the 2100 block of South 77th Street between 8:45 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. Jan. 25.

A 21-year-old female, a 15-year-old girl, and a 17-year-old girl were arrested for retail theft at Pick 'n Save, 2625 S. 108th St., at 5:45 p.m. Jan. 27.

Merchandise totaling $75.82 was taken from Kmart, 6900 W. Greenfield Ave., at 7:50 p.m. Jan. 27.

Audio speakers were taken from a vehicle at a residence in the 2400 block of South 84th Street between 3:30 and 6 a.m. Jan. 28.

A wallet was taken from a vehicle at a residence in the 1700 block of South 70th Street between 6 p.m. Jan. 27 and 9 a.m. Jan. 28.

A battery was taken from a vehicle at a residence in the 2200 block of South 81st Street between noon and 6 p.m. Jan. 28.

A 17-year-old girl was arrested for retail theft at Kohl's Department Store, 2601 S. 108th St., at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 29.

A West Allis female was arrested for retail theft at Kohl's, 2601 S. 108th St. at 8:15 p.m. Jan. 29.

ASSAULTS

A 57-year-old male was arrested for assaulting his roommate in the 1100 block of South 63rd Street at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 23.

A West Allis woman and a West Allis man were both arrested for disorderly conduct due to a physical confrontation in the parking lot of Target, 2600 S. 108th St., at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 23.

A 33-year-old West Allis man was arrested for domestic assault 11 p.m. Jan. 24.

A West Allis male was arrested for domestic assault at 9 a.m. Jan. 25.

A West Allis woman was arrested for domestic assault at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 27.

DRUG POSSESSION

A 21-year-old male and a 23-year-old male were arrested for possession of marijuana at a residence in the 2300 block of South 69th Street. A search found that the two males were in possession of 35.5 grams of marijuana.

A 21-year-old female was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at the Speedway, 9111 W. National Ave., at 7 a.m. Jan. 26.

A 17-year-old girl was arrested for possession of marijuana at West Allis Central High School, 8516 W. Lincoln Drive, at 11:30 a.m. Jan. 27.

A 36-year-old male were arrested for possession of a controlled substance and obstructing an officer in the 1900 block of South 60th Street at 1:45 a.m. Jan. 29.

VANDALISM

A garage door of a residence in the 1600 block of South 77th Street was vandalized between 4:30 and 6:30 a.m. Jan. 23.

A residence in the 1300 block of South 122nd Street was damaged with paint balls at about 8:45 p.m. Jan. 25.

A vehicle parked at a residence in the 8003 block of W. Beecher Street was vandalized at 8:15 a.m. Jan. 26.

The rear window of a vehicle parked at Wisconsin Athletic Club, 1939 S. 108th St., was smashed between 5:15 and 7 p.m. Jan. 26.

A taillight of a vehicle parked at a residence in the 800 block of South 87th Street was smashed between 9:30 p.m. Jan. 27 and 4 a.m. Jan. 28.

A window of a building in the 11900 block of West Greenfield Avenue was broken prior to 7:30 a.m. Jan. 29.

Two tire on a vehicle parked at a residence in the 2100 block of South 93rd Street were slashed prior to 9:30 a.m. Jan. 29.
